House 16 planning is underway
Registration for the House 16, 2017 builds went live on 15 August, and all five phases filled promptly. Consider signing up for the wait list if you'd like to join us as changes will occurr before the first phase starts in February. The schedule is:

| Phase 3 | 3/5/2017 | 3/18/2017 | Complete dry in. Subs to insulate and sheetrock when ready. Exterior. |
| Phase 4 | 3/19/2017 | 4/1/2017 | Exterior until subs work complete. Then begin interior finish. |
| Phase 5 | 4/2/2017 | 4/15/2017 | Finish home to dedication on 4/14/2017. |
